Bintliff's Restaurant Review posted at TheMaineMag.com, Nov. 2012
Located in the heart of Ogunquit, Bintliff's unbeatable brunch includes stand-outs like a house-infused bacon vodka bloody mary, "the most delicious corned beef hash ever made," lists of specialty eggs benedicts, and crème brulee french toast.
The food is delicious, the service is genuine, and the bloodys are amazing. Whether you live on Route 1 or in another state, the restaurant is open year round, welcoming families and friends to enjoy an incredible dining experience... Read The Article

Norm At Stonewall Kitchen
Norm Hebert, executive chef and owner of Bintliff's in Ogunquit, taught a special class on May 5th at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School. Students were entertained by Norm as he showed them how to make eggs florentine, Tuscany scramble, gingerbread pancakes with lemon sauce, and crème brulee French toast with fresh strawberries and a chocolate balsamic vinegar drizzle. TESTIMONIAL
On Thursday June 9th I had 6PM dinner reservations at Bintliff's as a part of Ogunquit Week and prior to our attendance at the 8PM performance of Avenue Q.
You will recall that all of a sudden the weather turned wild- the wind and rain came with fury..... knocking out power and downing trees and wires.
Bintliff's was among those without power. As we arrived with no knowledge of the power outage,Chef Hebert was there at the door to greet what was to be a full house with his cheery smile, his ability to anticipate his guests questions- where else could they go? did the Playhouse have electricity???-- let alone the challenge he would now face turning all those diners away.
He and his staff welcomed us to the bar lighted by candles and let us know we were welcome to stay, but the best they could do was drinks, salads, and shrimp cocktail.
Recognizing that darkness would soon come upon his establishment and the that meant he would need to close, for those of us with 6PM reservations Chef Hebert and his staff could not have been more cordial! The food was scrumptious and everyone who stayed and joined in at the bar enjoyed themselves immensely. And----- we all got to Avenue Q safe and on time!
Hats off to Chef Hebert and the staff at Bintliffs' for their unwavering hospitality despite the odds!
