Norm At Stonewall Kitchen
Norm Hebert, executive chef and owner of Bintliff's in Ogunquit, taught a special class on May 5th at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School. Students were entertained by Norm as he showed them how to make eggs florentine, Tuscany scramble, gingerbread pancakes with lemon sauce, and crème brulee French toast with fresh strawberries and a chocolate balsamic vinegar drizzle.
"It isn't very often that one restaurant does it all great! Bintliff's does. Our first visit was for breakfast and the food was fabulous and server was as well. This restaurant is now our breakfast spot. Because breakfast was consistently delicious, we decided to try dinner. Needless to say, a big hit again! So.... Eat often and well, morning or night, at Bintliff's , you will not be disappointed!"

"We had a small group dinner at Bintliff's Ogunquit last night ... Spontaneous comments on the food and service during and after dinner were uniformly excellent from all parties. This was particularly gratifying to us because my wife and I had selected the venue for the celebration (based on our prior favorable experiences at Bintliff's). Our waiter, in addition to handling the meal service to everyone's satisfaction, is to be commended for his honesty. I had not realized that the gratuity was included in the bill because of the size of our group. I calculated and incorporated an additional gratuity as part of my payment. He returned to the table and informed me of the double gratuity... he deserves recognition.
